The Central Youth Union has just decided to strip the title of "Outstanding Young Vietnamese Face" in 2021 from Nguyen Thuc Thuy Tien (born in 1998), Miss Grand International 2021, for violating the law to the extent of being prosecuted. Accordingly, based on Article 9 of the regulations of the "Outstanding Young Vietnamese Face" Award issued in 2021, the regulations on handling violations are as follows: In case a person who has been honored and received the "Outstanding Young Vietnamese Face" Award commits a serious violation within 5 years of receiving the award, the Standing Committee of the Executive Council of the Vietnam Young Talent Support Fund will propose that the Secretariat of the Central Youth Union issue a decision to strip that person of the title of "Outstanding Young Vietnamese Face" and make it public in the media.
