The Office of the President issued a Plan to collect opinions on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the 2013 Constitution.

Pursuant to Resolution No. 194/2025/QH15 dated May 5, 2025 of the National Assembly on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the 2013 Constitution, on May 15, 2025, the Office of the President issued Plan No. 626/KH-VPCTN-PL to organize the collection of opinions on the draft Resolution amending and supplementing a number of articles of the 2013 Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.

The subjects of consultation are the Departments and units under the Office of the President and the comments are sent to the Office of the President in written form.

Individuals who are officials, civil servants, and employees can directly contribute comments on the VneID application, the National Assembly Electronic Information Portal, the Government Electronic Information Portal, or send written comments to the agencies responsible for synthesizing comments.

Departments and units under the Officeof the President organize conferences to collect opinions and prepare reports to send to the Department of Law, ending on June 5, 2025.

Organizing the collection of opinions on the draft Resolution amending and supplementing a number of articles of the 2013 Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam is a key task. Departments and units under the Office of the President are responsible for fully implementing the content, preparing reports on schedule, proactively coordinating and removing difficulties in the implementation process.
