The working delegation listened to reports and directly inspected at the Military Command of Bac Ninh province, the Defense Command of Region 2 - Lang Giang; the Defense Command of Region 4 - Hap Linh the following contents: Deploying the implementation of the plan to reorganize and reorganize the staff; the work of perfecting the organization and staff; arranging and using cadres after reorganization; the work of managing and using national defense land; ensuring logistics and technical facilities to serve regular tasks, training, and combat readiness.

Through inspection, the working group assessed that the Military Command of Bac Ninh province had thoroughly grasped and implemented seriously, synchronously, and in accordance with the plan and regulations of Military Region 1. The preparation of documents, training organization, inspection, handover, force building, material equipment, training grounds, etc. were carried out closely, fully ensured, and tasks were not interrupted. The Regional Defense Commands and Commune-level Military Commands after the merger were quickly completed, their organization and staffing were stabilized, ensuring strict maintenance of combat readiness, on-duty, patrol and guard, building and perfecting the system of operational documents, contributing to improving the effectiveness of performing local defense and military tasks.

Concluding the inspection, Colonel Tran Xuan Manh acknowledged and commended the initial results that the Bac Ninh Provincial Military Command and agencies and units had achieved in the work of reorganizing local military organizations under the direction of the Ministry of National Defense and Military Region 1.
