The report presented at the Conference stated that in the 2022-2025 period, the youth union and youth movement of the Vietnam-Russia Tropical Center thoroughly grasped and strictly implemented resolutions and directives of Party committees at all levels; closely followed the unit's tasks, operated in accordance with its functions and tasks; comprehensively and synchronously deployed and actively innovated the content, form and methods of operation.

Quality and efficiency are gradually improved, contributing to the successful implementation of political tasks, building a clean and strong Party Committee of the Center, a strong Center in all aspects, "exemplary and typical".

Notably, 100% of cadres and union members always have a strong political stance, are absolutely loyal to the Party, the Fatherland and the people; political and ideological education for cadres, union members and youth has many innovations in content and form, closely following the basic political education program, functions, tasks and specific situations of the union organization; carry out emulation movements associated with revolutionary action movements, campaigns of military youth, especially being pioneers in scientific research, application and technology transfer.

In the period of 2022-2025, the Center's cadres, union members and youth have presided over and participated in implementing 213 scientific and technological topics and tasks at all levels; are the authors and co-authors of 503 domestic and international scientific articles; have 18 topics participating in the Creative Youth Award in the Army and won many awards.

Also during this period, the Youth Union at all levels in the Center actively participated in activities to build political bases in the area, propagate and mobilize people to strictly implement the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws, build cultural life in residential areas, and effectively carry out the movement "The whole country joins hands for the poor, leaving no one behind"...

In addition, the Center's cadres, union members and youth have actively contributed to building, consolidating and developing the good relationship between Vietnam and the Russian Federation and contributing to the effective implementation of international integration and defense diplomacy of military youth, through implementing scientific and technological topics and tasks of the Intergovernmental Coordination Committee on the Vietnam - Russia Tropical Center; teaching and training Russian language for military officers; serving delegations of leaders of the State, Government, ministries and branches of the Russian Federation visiting and working with the Center.

In a lively and frank atmosphere, the presentations and opinions at the Conference also pointed out the shortcomings, limitations, causes, drew lessons and proposed directions and measures to overcome them.

Speaking at the Conference, Colonel Nguyen Khac Thang, Party Secretary and Deputy General Director of the Vietnam-Russia Tropical Center, commended and acknowledged the outstanding efforts and proud results achieved by the Center's staff and members in the youth union work and movement, especially in the context of the Center promoting scientific and technological activities with increasingly high requirements.

Colonel Nguyen Khac Thang requested that in the coming time, cadres, union members and youth of the Vietnam-Russia Tropical Center continue to promote the spirit of solidarity and unity, strive harder, regularly study, research, cultivate and train to improve political capacity, professional qualifications, and fulfill assigned duties and responsibilities; closely coordinate with the Women's Union in advising and proposing policies, contents and measures for leadership, direction and effective implementation of political tasks as well as mass movements and mass work.

Also at the Conference, the Vietnam-Russia Tropical Center commended collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in implementing the emulation movement "Military youth practice morality, train talent, be proactive, creative, and determined to win" for the period 2022-2025.
