The officers and female members of the Vietnam Coast Guard are always brave, intelligent, proactive, creative in all areas of work, united, promoting the tradition of Vietnamese women, the good nature of Uncle Ho's soldiers - Coast Guard soldiers, overcoming difficulties, completing well all assigned tasks.

Coast Guard women are also "Messengers of Love" in charity work and social security for the community, effectively implementing more than 20 practical models and programs for ethnic minorities, poor fishermen, women in policy families, women with serious illnesses, poor children who overcome difficulties and study well...

In his directive speech, Lieutenant General Bui Quoc Oai requested that in the 2025-2030 period, Party committees, commanders, and political agencies at all levels focus on building a strong Women's Union organization, performing well the function of representing the legitimate rights and interests of women and children.

Each cadre and member needs to actively study, build a strong political stance, good moral qualities, have health, knowledge, professional qualifications, be dynamic, creative, and carry out movements and campaigns well.
