AVAKids is a young brand in the field of mother and baby product retail. With 64 stores, online shopping application and home delivery service nationwide, AVAKids strives every day to bring a dedicated, transparent and trustworthy shopping experience to millions of Vietnamese families. However, for AVAKids, sustainable development does not stop at business results.
“A children's brand must be truly responsible for future generations, with long-term commitments and concrete actions,” said Doan Van Hieu Em, CEO of the AVAKids chain, at the signing ceremony to sponsor the next phase of Operation Smile for 550 Vietnamese children with facial deformities.

It is that belief that has led AVAKids to continue the charitable tradition of Mobile World Group. Therefore, from 2022, right from the first day of its establishment, AVAKids has chosen to accompany Operation Smile. “After 3 years, what makes us proud is not the number of 550 surgeries performed, but the 550 lives that have been opened, 550 smiles that have been found and hundreds of homes across Vietnam that have been revived with a new hope,” Mr. Hieu Em shared.

The journey is not over yet. On July 30, AVAKids signed an agreement to sponsor an additional 550 surgeries in the period 2025-2030. This is not only a continuation to reach the milestone of 1,100 smiles from 2022 to 2030, but also an affirmation of a long-term commitment: “AVAKids will continue to stand side by side with the unfortunate children with all our hearts.”
The signing ceremony is not only a cooperation agreement, but also a promise from AVAKids and its partners: to continue to brighten the future for children who still suffer from many disadvantages due to facial deformities across Vietnam.
“AVAKids believes that: When smiles are revived, the future will be bright. Every child has the right to live their childhood, to be loved, to go to school and to dream,” said Mr. Hieu Em.
According to statistics, in developing countries like Vietnam, for every 700 children born, one has a congenital defect of the lip or palate. This defect not only affects the child's ability to eat, breathe, and speak, but also leaves behind serious psychological consequences. Many children become self-conscious, self-conscious, discriminated against, or refuse to go to school, thereby lacking the necessary skills to integrate into society and have an independent future. Therefore, bringing a complete smile also means giving them a chance to live a normal life with a more open future.

The choice to accompany Operation Smile, focusing on children with facial deformities, a disadvantaged but under-recognized group, shows the consistency in AVAKids' social responsibility strategy. The brand chooses to act persistently and silently, step by step, surgery by surgery, and smile by smile.

With the mission of caring for millions of Vietnamese families, AVAKids constantly strives to bring practical and sustainable values to the community. Through a system of 64 stores and home delivery service in 34 provinces and cities nationwide, AVAKids is not only an authorized distributor of many prestigious brands, ensuring products with transparent origin, quality and thoughtful warranty, but also wishes to spread profound human values. A solid business foundation and customer trust are the driving force for AVAKids to carry out its social mission more strongly.
“The road ahead for AVAKids is still long. But with what has been and is doing, the brand is gradually affirming: a Vietnamese enterprise can reach sustainable success through a kind and humane path,” said Mr. Hieu Em.
