Google adds Vietnamese to its document reading feature, similar to podcasts, on NotebookLM.

(NLĐO) - After rolling out NotebookLM to over 200 countries last year, the Audio Overviews feature of NotebookLM is now available in Vietnamese.

Google has just upgraded its NotebookLM tool with a useful feature: Audio Overviews, available in over 50 languages, including Vietnamese.

NotebookLM is an AI tool developed by Google that helps users synthesize, analyze, and create content from their own documents. Users simply upload articles, reports, or notes in formats such as PDF, links, Docs, etc., and then click the "Create Audio" button. NotebookLM will then summarize and create an audio summary in Vietnamese.

If you need to create audio in a different language, simply change the language in the settings. Users can also ask questions to this AI, just like chatting with a smart assistant.

According to Google, this tool is useful for learning, research, and creating multilingual content.

The Audio Overviews feature on NotebookLM supports over 50 languages, including Vietnamese.

Transforming documents—from research papers and reports to documentaries—into podcast-style conversations makes information absorption easier. To "speak" the user's native language, Audio Overviews incorporates the ability to generate original audio from the Gemini AI model.

Thus, with the new update, users no longer hesitate to access, learn from, and share materials in multiple languages. For example, a teacher can synthesize content from various sources, such as Portuguese documentaries, Spanish research papers, and English reports, and then convert them into Vietnamese podcasts for easier understanding by students.
