Green Foods VN inaugurates factory producing dried vermicelli and rice paper

Green Foods VN Company, a member of IPP SACHI Joint Stock Company, is one of the leading manufacturers of grilled rice paper and dried vermicelli in Vietnam with a capacity of 1,200 tons/year for grilled rice paper and 240 tons/year for dried vermicelli. Branded SACHI, the company's products are certified with 4-star OCOP, ISO14001, ISO22000, FDA, and certified as a national typical rural industrial product by the Ministry of Industry and Trade in 2023.

Recently, Green Foods VN has promoted the investment project to expand the factory producing traditional products such as dried vermicelli and rice paper in Bong Son Industrial Park (Hoai Nhon Town) with an area of nearly 1.8 hectares, including 5,000m2 ^of workshop. On January 28, the factory was officially inaugurated to put into operation with technology that meets the requirements of product quality meeting export standards, towards clean, high-quality and environmentally friendly products. Modern production lines and equipment, using steam heat drying technology ensure consistent product quality, regardless of the weather.

In particular, the factory is designed and built with a green density ratio of more than 30%, including a green landscape core that contributes to creating a clean green space and ensuring a production environment. All raw materials for the factory are purchased from farmers in Hoai Nhon town and in 2024 the company will implement a link between raw material areas for the factory with a scale of 150 hectares of rice and 30 hectares of sesame.
