In her work, she always proactively understands the thoughts and aspirations of women, thereby establishing many new groups and organizations suitable to the local situation, attracting a large number of women to participate, such as: the Women's Confident Group with a Beautiful Lifestyle ("Godmother" for orphaned children); the Women's Group with relatives working far away; the Women's Group for Voluntary Health Insurance Purchase; the Women's Group Following Uncle Ho's Teachings to Confidently Strive for a Better Life; the Women's Group for 5 No's and 3 Cleanliness Standards; the Women's Credit and Savings Group; the Women's Club for Exercise and Health Preservation; the Cattle Breeding Cooperative...
Among these, notable examples include effective models and practices that she helped develop and which have been widely replicated, such as: the Women's Credit and Savings Group model to help each other develop economically ; and the Women's Group for women whose relatives work far away, which has attracted many women in the commune to participate in the organization. In particular, the Women's Group for Confident Women with Beautiful Lifestyles has sponsored and cared for two orphaned children due to the Covid-19 pandemic in the area. Despite being in a remote area with difficult economic conditions, Ms. Mai Ly has mobilized benefactors to support the two children with 20kg of rice each month, and female officials and civil servants in the commune provide cash support of 200,000 VND each month, helping the children alleviate their hardship due to the lack of support.
With her dynamism, responsibility, and achievements, Ms. Ngo Mai Ly has been recognized by the higher-level organization as an exemplary young female cadre worthy of commendation and emulation.
