After receiving the information, Team 4 of the Enterprise sent management staff to inspect and discovered that at the location of the electric leak, there was a steel pole and the lighting cabinet of Vimeco Joint Stock Company was still energizing the timer system, but due to the incorrect timer setting, the lighting system was still operating and there was electricity leaking out when there was a flood. In this record, the parties also recorded that 6 people on the street were electrocuted.
Lighting Equipment Company requested Vimeco Joint Stock Company to take drastic measures to ensure the safety of the entire system managed by Vimeco Joint Stock Company, which has not been handed over to Hanoi City for management.
