Hanoi appoints two new deputy directors of the Department of Education and Training

On December 14, the Hanoi People's Committee held a conference to announce and award decisions on personnel work to two Deputy Directors of the Hanoi Department of Education and Training.

Vice Chairman of Hanoi People's Committee Vu Thu Ha congratulated the two new Deputy Directors of Hanoi Department of Education and Training.

At the conference, representatives of the Hanoi Department of Home Affairs announced two decisions of the City People's Committee on personnel work. Accordingly, the Hanoi People's Committee appointed Mr. Pham Quoc Toan (50 years old), Head of the Department of Examination Management andEducation Quality Assessment (Hanoi Department of Education and Training), to the position of Deputy Director of the Hanoi Department of Education and Training. The term of appointment is 5 years.

The City People's Committee also decided to transfer Ms. Vuong Huong Giang (45 years old), Head of the Department of Education and Training of Hoan Kiem District, to work at the Department of Education and Training of Hanoi, and appointed her as Deputy Director of the Department of Education and Training of Hanoi.

Vice Chairman of Hanoi People's Committee Vu Thu Ha presented the decision to transfer and appoint Deputy Director of Hanoi Department of Education and Training to Ms. Vuong Huong Giang.

On behalf of the leaders of the Hanoi People's Committee, Ms. Vu Thu Ha, Vice Chairman of the Hanoi People's Committee, congratulated the two new Deputy Directors of the Hanoi Department of Education and Training on being trusted and appointed to new positions.

Ms. Vu Thu Ha expressed her hope that, with their working experience and strengths, the two new Deputy Directors of the Hanoi Department of Education and Training will continue to strive, promote their strengths, responsibilities, and solidarity to advise on solutions and effectively implement the tasks of the sector.

Speaking at the ceremony, the new Deputy Director of the Hanoi Department of Education and Training, Pham Quoc Toan, thanked the staff, employees of the industry, units, leaders of the Hanoi People's Committee and the Hanoi Department of Education and Training for their trust and confidence.

"We realize that this is an honor and pride but also a personal responsibility, especially in the context of promoting fundamental innovation in education and training; at the same time, we promise to work with the department's leadership to closely follow the goals of the industry and the city; constantly study to improve our expertise and work management ability to successfully complete assigned tasks," said Mr. Pham Quoc Toan.

With the appointment of two deputy directors, the Hanoi Department of Education and Training has completed the new leadership apparatus including Director Tran The Cuong and four deputy directors including Mr. and Mrs. Nguyen Quang Tuan, Tran Luu Hoa, Pham Quoc Toan, and Vuong Huong Giang.
