Hanoi renovates and upgrades Highway 70, section Ha Dong-Van Dien-Tu Hiep intersection

Kinhtedothi - Hanoi City approved the plan and location of the route under the Investment Project to build, renovate and upgrade Route 70, section Ha Dong - Van Dien - Tu Hiep intersection, scale 1/500.

On March 7, the Hanoi People's Committee issued Decision No. 1314/QD-UBND on approving the plan and location of the route under the Investment Project to build, renovate and upgrade Route 70, section Ha Dong - Van Dien - Tu Hiep intersection, scale 1/500 (section from the 110KV Van Dien transformer station area to Tu Hiep intersection), in Van Dien town, communes: Tam Hiep, Vinh Quynh, Tu Hiep, Thanh Tri district, Hanoi.

This is a main urban road, about 1.6km long; cross-sectional scale of 50.0m, cross-sectional components include: main roadway on both sides is 2x7.5m wide (4 lanes); local roadway on both sides is 2x7m wide (4 lanes); median strip is 3m wide; median strip between main roadway and local roadway is 2x1m wide; sidewalks on both sides are 2x8m wide.

For the intersection between the route and the existing North-South railway and Ngoc Hoi route (National Highway 1A), a direct overpass will be arranged, with cross-sectional components including: The direct overpass is 26m wide (6 lanes); the two side access roads below the direct overpass are 2x7m wide (4 lanes); the sidewalks on both sides are 2x5m wide.
