Hanoi urgently sends medical facilities to treat accident victims

Information from the Hanoi Department of Health said that the Hanoi Department of Health has just issued urgent Official Dispatch No. 79/SYT-NVY dated April 6, 2023 to public and non-public medical examination and treatment facilities regarding emergency and treatment of victims of a serious traffic accident in Tay Ho district on April 5, 2023.

The accident sent 17 motorcyclists to the hospital, many victims in critical condition (photo source: internet).

Accordingly, immediately after receiving information about the serious traffic accident at the intersection of Xuan La and Vo Chi Cong in Tay Ho district, the Department of Health directed the 115 Emergency Center to promptly organize first aid and emergency care and directed medical facilities in the area to promptly receive, provide emergency care and treatment to traffic accident victims to minimize human damage.

Pursuant to Official Dispatch No. 391/KCB-PHCN&GĐ dated April 6 of the Ministry of Health regarding the serious traffic accident in Tay Ho district, the Department of Health requests that medical examination and treatment facilities, if receiving patients from the above traffic accident, must focus all resources, medicines, and medical equipment to promptly treat serious cases, minimize deaths, and minimize damage caused by the accident.

Units urgently rescue and treat victims and propose opinions and recommendations to the Department of Health to ensure the best traffic accident emergency work; coordinate professionally with higher-level medical examination and treatment facilities or promptly transfer to higher-level facilities. At the same time, request medical examination and treatment facilities to update the situation of rescue and treatment of victims to the Department of Health.
