Kinhtedothi - On January 8, the Hanoi People's Committee issued decisions approving the 2025 Land Use Plan of the following districts: Tay Ho, Nam Tu Liem, Hoang Mai, Chuong My, Gia Lam, Soc Son, Thanh Oai.
Accordingly, the list of works and projects in the 2025 Land Use Plan of Tay Ho district includes 89 projects with a total area of 348.92 hectares.
The list of projects and works included in the 2025 Land Use Plan of Nam Tu Liem District includes 96 projects with a total area of 554.45 hectares.
The list of projects and works included in the 2025 Land Use Plan of Hoang Mai district includes 116 projects with a total area of 356.8603 hectares.
The list of works and projects included in the 2025 Land Use Plan of Chuong My district includes: 93 works and projects with a total area of 349.16 hectares.
The list of projects and works included in the 2025 Land Use Plan of Gia Lam district includes 131 projects with a total area of 714.33 hectares.
The list of projects and works included in the 2025 Land Use Plan of Soc Son district includes 154 projects with a total area of 1,770.32 hectares.
The list of projects and works included in the 2025 Land Use Plan of Thanh Oai district includes 89 projects with a total area of 388.51 hectares.
During the implementation year, the People's Committees of districts are responsible for reviewing, evaluating, and implementing the projects in the 2025 Land Use Plan. In case, during the year of implementing the plan, there are works and projects with sufficient legal basis and implementation capability, the People's Committees of districts will synthesize and report to the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to submit to the City People's Committee for approval of additional land use plans as a basis for implementation according to regulations.
