(CLO) The electronic ticket system applied at the Heritage House at 87 Ma May Street and the relic at 22 Hang Buom Street allows a group of visitors to use only 1 ticket for all members of the group.
From January 2, 2025, Hoan Kiem District ( Hanoi ) will apply entrance fees at two relic sites: Heritage House No. 87 Ma May Street and relic site No. 22 Hang Buom Street, with a fee of VND 20,000/turn/visitor.
In particular, the process of collecting entrance fees for visitors will be carried out through an electronic ticket system to ensure effective management and operation of ticket sales and entrance ticket control.

This system is supported by the Tourism Information Center (Vietnam National Administration of Tourism) for implementation at relic sites and tourist attractions.
The fee collection will be piloted until January 18. From January 19, the "Online - Connected - Multimodal" electronic ticket system will officially be applied at these two relics.
According to the Tourism Information Center, the e-ticket system allows tourists, travel agencies, and tour guides to book tickets online through the national tourism application "Vietnam Travel", and also allows destinations to link up to sell inter-route sightseeing tickets, buy tickets once at one location and use them at multiple locations.
The system also supports visitors to use one of three different methods to use entrance tickets: Printed tickets at the counter, Viet card - smart travel card or national travel application "Vietnam Travel".
In addition, the electronic ticket system will allow a group of guests to use only 1 ticket for all members of the group. This is a great advantage and difference compared to other electronic ticket systems that still require each guest to use a ticket to enter.
With outstanding technological advantages, the electronic ticket system brings much more convenience to visitors, tour guides and travel businesses that bring visitors.
The electronic ticket system also helps the relic management unit reorganize the ticket sales and ticket checking process of the relic more effectively. This is also a tool to synthesize and analyze real-time data, helping the relic management board to closely monitor the number of tickets sold according to different criteria and evaluate the characteristics, behaviors, and trends of visitors.
