The Hanoi Department of Transport has just announced a plan to adjust traffic organization at the intersection of Phan Trong Tue Street - Alley 250 - Ta Thanh Oai (Thanh Tri District).

The Hanoi Department of Transport has just adjusted traffic organization at the intersection of Phan Trong Tue Street - Alley 250 - Ta Thanh Oai (Thanh Tri District). The adjustment will be in effect from today (February 4th) until further notice.

Accordingly, at alley 250 Phan Trong Tue Street, one-way traffic for cars will be implemented on alley 250 Phan Trong Tue Street, following the section and direction from Phan Trong Tue Street turning right into alley 250 to the newly constructed road (next to the Thanh Liet Commune Cultural and Sports Center).

Vehicles from alley 250 needing to go to Van Dien or Ngoc Hoi should follow this route: Travel along alley 250 Phan Trong Tue to the intersection with the newly constructed road (next to the Thanh Liet commune cultural and sports center), then turn left to go onto Phan Trong Tue road (next to Tan Phat company).

Vehicles traveling on Phan Trong Tue Street towards Ngoc Hoi and Van Dien that need to enter alley 250 Phan Trong Tue should follow these directions: Stop and wait for the traffic light, cross the To Bridge, turn left onto the To Lich riverside road to enter alley 250.

Additionally, vehicles from alley 250 Phan Trong Tue needing to go to Ha Dong or Ta Thanh Oai should follow this route: Move onto the To Lich riverside road, wait for the traffic light, then exit onto Phan Trong Tue road to go towards Ha Dong or Ta Thanh Oai. The current sign prohibiting cars from turning left from alley 250 onto the To Lich riverside road will be removed.

On Ta Thanh Oai Street: Adjust the sign prohibiting cars from turning left during morning and afternoon rush hours from Ta Thanh Oai onto Phan Trong Tue Street to prohibiting it from 6 AM to 9 PM daily.

The Hanoi Department of Transport has requested the Traffic Police Department of the Hanoi City Police and the Inspectorate of the Hanoi Department of Transport to deploy personnel to guide and direct traffic flow for vehicles to ensure traffic safety and prevent traffic congestion.
