Mr. Vu Khac Tuan in My Dinh (Nam Tu Liem, Hanoi) said that initially, there was a rainbow in the sky, but then two concentric rainbows appeared, creating quite brilliant colors. Many people think this is a "double rainbow".

At the time the rainbow appeared, it was basically not raining in the center of Hanoi, but in the suburbs it was raining and the sky was cloudy.

According to meteorology, astronomy, optics and atmospheric experts, rainbows often appear after rain because the air has a lot of water vapor, high humidity... leading to light refraction.
