On the afternoon of October 22, 2024, in Moc Chau district ( Son La province), General Phan Van Giang (Minister of National Defense of Vietnam) and General Chansamone Chanyalath (Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of National Defense of Laos) co-chaired the talks and signed a cooperation document between the Ministries of National Defense of Vietnam and Laos.
