Hai Duong promulgates, amends, supplements and replaces 25 administrative procedures in the field of water resources.

Of these, there are 23 provincial-level procedures and 2 district-level procedures.

The 6 newly issued administrative procedures are all in the list of provincial-level administrative procedures, including: Suspension of validity of underground water exploration licenses and water resource exploitation licenses; return of small and medium-scale underground water drilling licenses; registration of water surface use, digging of lakes, ponds, rivers, streams, canals, ditches, and streams; consultation on plans for artificially supplementing underground water; consultation on results of trial operations for artificially supplementing underground water; calculation of fees for granting water resource exploitation rights for works for domestic use that have been put into operation and have been granted water resource exploitation licenses but have not yet been approved for the fee for granting rights.

There are 11 administrative procedures amended and supplemented; 6 administrative procedures replaced are also in the list of administrative procedures resolved at the provincial level.

The remaining two alternative administrative procedures are in the list of administrative procedures resolved at the district level.

In addition, the province abolished administrative procedures and internal procedures for handling administrative procedures for the procedure "Registration for underground water exploitation" in Decision No. 589/QD-UBND dated April 6, 2023 of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee on promulgating the list of administrative procedures and approving the internal procedures for handling administrative procedures within the scope and management functions of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment.
