Hai Duong Province rises 25 places in the administrative reform index.

Ranking of the Administrative Reform Index for provinces and cities nationwide in 2023.

On the morning of April 17th, in Hanoi , the Government's Steering Committee for Administrative Reform announced the 2023 Public Administration Reform Index (PAR Index) and the 2023 Satisfaction Index on Administrative Services (SIPAS) for ministries, ministerial-level agencies, and People's Committees of provinces and centrally-administered cities.

With 87.84 points, Hai Duong's PAR Index in 2023 ranked 22nd out of 63 provinces and cities nationwide, an increase of 25 places compared to 2022 (in 2022, Hai Duong achieved 83.52 points, ranking 47th nationwide). Hai Duong's SIPAS in 2023 ranked 3rd nationwide with 90.23%, an increase of 9 places compared to 2022.

The ranking of the Administrative Service Satisfaction Index for 2023 was announced by the Government 's Steering Committee for Administrative Reform.

According to the assessment of the Government's Steering Committee for Administrative Reform, in 2023 the PAR Index of ministries, sectors, and local People's Committees achieved fairly comprehensive results across all fields. The 2023 administrative reform index of provinces and cities returned to a positive growth trajectory, with an average value of 86.98%, 2.19% higher than in 2022. This is the fifth consecutive year that the average administrative reform index of localities has exceeded 80%.

Regarding the Administrative Service Satisfaction Index, the level of public satisfaction with the services of state administrative agencies nationwide in 2023 was 82.66%, an increase of over 2.6% compared to 2022. The level of public satisfaction with the services of state administrative agencies in 63 provinces and cities ranged from 75.03% to 90.61%.
