November 16, final round of the Contest "Searching for ideas and solutions for administrative reform"

Kinhtedothi-The finalists of the contest "Searching for ideas and solutions for administrative reform in Hanoi in 2024" include 6 ideas and solutions; each team has 10 minutes to present the ideas and solutions selected for the final round and 5 minutes to answer the judges' questions.

The Hanoi People's Committee has just issued Plan No. 296/KH-UBND on organizing the final round of the Contest "Searching for ideas and solutions for administrative reform (PAR) in Hanoi in 2024".

According to the City People's Committee, the purpose of the Contest is to find typical ideas and solutions that can be applied in practice to pilot and replicate models in the city; to widely propagate and disseminate administrative reform to officials, civil servants, public employees and people; to promote and develop the initiative and creativity of individuals and collectives in administrative reform.

At the same time, strive to improve and enhance the scores and rankings of the Public Administration Reform Index (PAR Index), the Satisfaction Index of Public Administration Services (SIPAS), and the Provincial Public Administration Performance Index (PAPI); continue to raise awareness and responsibility of individuals and organizations in performing administrative reform tasks at agencies, units, and localities, aiming to better serve the needs of people, organizations, and businesses.

The requirement is that the final round be organized practically and effectively, ensuring publicity, transparency, accuracy, objectivity and aiming for novelty and high practicality.

The contestants include 6 ideas and solutions that will enter the final round. In this round, each team will have 10 minutes to present (speak, dramatize, etc.) about the ideas and solutions that have been selected for the final round and 5 minutes to answer the judges' questions.

The Contest Awards include: individual prizes with 1 First prize, 2 Second prizes, 3 Third prizes (for 6 entries to the final round) and 5 Encouragement prizes; collective prizes with 1 First prize, 1 Second prize, 1 Third prize.

The final round and award ceremony of the Contest "Searching for ideas and solutions for administrative reform in Hanoi City in 2024" is expected to take place on Saturday morning (November 16) at the Inter-agency Hall, headquarters of the Long Bien District People's Committee, chaired by the leaders of the City People's Committee.
