Two giant cruise ships dock at Cam Ranh International Port

Kinhtedothi - Two cruise ships Norwegian Spirit and Seven Seas Explorer docked at Cam Ranh International Port, bringing about 2,600 tourists to Khanh Hoa on a cruise along the coast of Vietnam.

On February 14, Tan Cang - Petro Cam Ranh Company Limited coordinated with travel companies to welcome two cruise ships, Norwegian Spirit and Seven Seas Explorer, to Cam Ranh International Port.

Two cruise ships brought about 2,600 tourists to Khanh Hoa on a cruise along the coast of Vietnam. Of these, the Norwegian Spirit (Bahamas) brought nearly 1,900 tourists on the Phu My ( Ba Ria - Vung Tau ) - Cam Ranh (Khanh Hoa) - Hong Kong (China) route.

Seven Seas Explorer (Marshall Islands nationality) carrying 700 passengers on the route Ho Chi Minh City - Cam Ranh - Coron (Philippines).

After disembarking, tourists are taken by travel agencies to experience tours of the outskirts of Nha Trang, Nha Trang city center by cyclo, Cai River, and the countryside.

Some guests chose to visit Nui Chua National Park, Vinh Hy Bay - Phan Rang (Ninh Thuan). Guests who did not join the tour were transported free of charge by travel agencies from Cam Ranh International Port to The Arena Resort (Cam Ranh) for free sightseeing. Afterwards, both Norwegian Spirit and Seven Seas Explorer ships will depart Cam Ranh International Port in the afternoon of the same day.

Cruise ship tourists travel to visit destinations in Nha Trang - Khanh Hoa

According to statistics from the Khanh Hoa Provincial Department of Tourism, from the beginning of January 2025 to now, Khanh Hoa has welcomed 6 international cruise ships with more than 10,600 tourists coming ashore for sightseeing.

Director of Khanh Hoa Department of Tourism Nguyen Thi Le Thanh said that according to the registration schedule from shipping lines up to April 2025, Khanh Hoa will welcome 9 trips with about 14,650 passengers. This is a positive signal for the recovery and development of Khanh Hoa's cruise tourism activities, contributing to the success of the province's tourism industry.
