Ton Ha Anh (born in 1992) and Ton Hien Anh (born in 1998) are biological sisters who both won full scholarships to Harvard University, USA. The two talented girls were born into a family with a father working in the post and telecommunications sector and a mother who is a lecturer at the Vietnam Academy of Traditional Medicine. This is also the first family in Vietnam to have two children studying at the prestigious Harvard University. Before studying abroad, Ha Anh and Hien Anh were both former students of Hanoi - Amsterdam High School for the Gifted (Photo: NVCC).

Ton Ha Anh went to study in the US since her senior year of high school. In 2011, she won full scholarships from five prestigious US universities including Harvard, Princeton, Columbia, Brown, Wellesley and decided to choose Harvard. After graduating in 2017, Ha Anh worked at McKinsey & Company New York - a large business consulting firm in the world - and continued to receive a master's scholarship to Harvard. In 2021, she returned to Vietnam to develop her own project in Hanoi. Ha Anh got married in early 2023 and welcomed her first child that same year. In 2016, Ton Hien Anh followed her sister's footsteps to become a student at Harvard University with a full scholarship. Unlike her energetic sister, Hien Anh is quiet, thoughtful, and actively participates in social activities related to policies and justice for disadvantaged groups. In 2020, Hien Anh attracted attention when she contributed to demanding "justice" for international students stranded in the US due to the Covid-19 pandemic. She was the one who researched and wrote the petition to Harvard, and together with the school, won the lawsuit against ICE (US Immigration and Customs Enforcement), causing the White House to abolish the new visa law, helping more than a million international students avoid being deported (Photo: NVCC).

Vicky Ngo (Ngo Ngoc Chau, born in 2007) and Alisa Pham (Pham Vi An, born in 2011) are not biological sisters but were adopted by a Vietnamese mother and currently live in New Zealand. At a very young age, Vicky and Alisa respectively became the youngest students at Auckland University of Technology (AUT) - a school in the top 1% of the world. Both girls are members of Mensa (an organization of people with IQs higher than 98% of humanity) and were recognized as child prodigies by the Global Child Prodigy Award (Photo: NVCC).

In 2020, Vicky Ngo made a big splash in New Zealand when she passed the entrance exam to AUT at the age of 13 and was called a "prodigy" and "genius" by the country's media. However, in April 2021, she suddenly faced the risk of being deported from the kiwi country because she was too smart. At the age of 15, Vicky graduated with honors with a double degree in Applied Mathematics and Finance, received job offers from large corporations in Vietnam as well as New Zealand but could not work legally. Therefore, she chose to study for a PhD in Data Science and Security as a temporary solution. Vicky has also repeatedly expressed her desire to return to Vietnam to work and contribute (Photo: NZHerald).

In early 2022, she officially became a student majoring in Branding and Advertising at AUT at the age of 11. While at school, Alisa and Vicky were equipped with a software system with location, and a security team of 10 people were arranged to escort them to class and school activities. Like her sister, Alisa plans to study quickly to get a university degree in 2 years. Her biggest dream is to become a lawyer, return to Vietnam to live and work (Photo: NZHerald).
