Specifically, at the University of Medicine and Pharmacy in Ho Chi Minh City, compared to last year, all training majors of the school have had their admission scores reduced by 0.4 to nearly 5 points. Medicine is the major with the smallest reduction. Some majors have had their entrance standards reduced by more than 3 points, including Midwifery, Nutrition, Preventive Medicine, Traditional Medicine, and Nursing.

Nutrition is the major with the sharpest drop in admission scores, from 24.1 last year to 19.25 points.
