Quang Trung University has a new 38-year-old principal

At the new school year welcoming ceremony, Quang Trung University announced the decision to appoint a principal and award scholarships worth a total of 558 million VND to students.

On the morning of October 11, Quang Trung University (Quy Nhon Bac Ward, Gia Lai Province, formerly Quy Nhon City, Binh Dinh Province) held a ceremony to welcome the new school year and announced the decision to appoint Dr. To Ba Lam (38 years old), Vice Principal, to hold the position of Principal of the school.

On this occasion, 8 units and businesses awarded scholarships to excellent students and students with difficult circumstances who have excelled in their studies, with a total value of 558 million VND.

In his acceptance speech, Principal To Ba Lam said that he and the leadership, staff, lecturers and students will focus on implementing key tasks in the coming time.

Dr. To Ba Lam expressed his hope that Quang Trung University will become "a place where dreams begin and create a responsible education ", contributing to nurturing citizens with intelligence, talent, heart and vision to serve the community.

On this occasion, the Saigon Education Quality Assessment Center awarded certificates of quality assessment for 4 training programs of the school including: Nursing, Business Administration, Information Technology and Construction Engineering Technology. Previously, in February 2025, the school was recognized as meeting the standards of quality assessment of educational institutions.
