A series of projects of hundreds of hectares are about to appear in Dong Anh district.

(Dan Tri) - Hanoi People's Committee has just issued Decision No. 5697 on adjusting and supplementing the 2024 land use plan of Dong Anh district.

According to the decision, the adjusted list of land use plans for 2024 in Dong Anh district includes 09 projects, with an additional land acquisition area of 74.84 hectares; the list of land use plans for 2024 in Dong Anh district includes 69 projects, with a total area of 760.04 hectares.

Specifically, the G14 new urban area construction project adjusted the area from 71.77ha to 57.69ha due to subtracting the current residential area and historical relics; the G10 new urban area adjusted the area from 23.3ha to 32.8ha due to adjustment to avoid overlapping projects and synchronize technical infrastructure between projects in the area.

G9 urban area (Northwest Song Thiep urban area), adjusted area from 70.7ha to 51.32ha due to adjustment to avoid overlapping projects of synchronous technical infrastructure connection between projects in the area; Construction of new urban area G15, adjusted area from 24.80ha to 21.7ha due to adjustment to avoid overlapping projects of synchronous technical infrastructure connection between projects in the area.

G18 urban area, adjusted area from 59.5ha to 48.2ha due to adjustment to avoid overlapping projects of synchronously connecting technical infrastructure between projects in the area; Dong Anh high-class new urban area, adjusted area from 154.75ha to 62.44ha.

To ensure feasibility and compliance with the provisions of the 2024 Land Law, the Department of Planning and Architecture recommends considering narrowing the scope of the study, only proposing to implement the project within the boundaries of the area with detailed planning on both sides of the Nhat Tan - Noi Bai route, scale 1/500 approved....

Along with that, the list of land use plans for 2024 in Dong Anh district includes 69 projects, with a total area of 760.04 hectares. In addition, the city adjusted the number of projects and areas recorded in Clause 6, Article 1 of Decision No. 1991 of the Hanoi People's Committee dated April 15, 2024 to 585 projects with a planning area of 5,780.08 hectares.
