Phat Dat Real Estate Development Joint Stock Company (stock code: PDR) has just officially responded to the information that Ho Chi Minh City Tax Department applied a temporary exit suspension measure for the company's legal representative, General Director Bui Quang Anh Vu.
Phat Dat stated that since September 24, it has resolved and fulfilled its tax obligations to state agencies after the tax enforcement decisions of Ho Chi Minh City Tax Department. Official dispatch No. 10807 of Ho Chi Minh City Tax Department dated September 26 confirmed this.
Thus, Phat Dat Company confirmed that it had completed its tax obligations nearly a week before the date the Ho Chi Minh City Tax Department announced the application of temporary exit suspension measures for Mr. Vu.

The company affirmed that the announcement from the Ho Chi Minh City Tax Department was completely inappropriate, seriously affecting the legitimate rights and interests of the company, Mr. Vu personally and related parties.
The company also expressed concern that the above incident could be exploited to spread false information, causing confusion for more than 56,000 investors who are currently shareholders of Phat Dat Company and many other losses.
General Director Bui Quang Anh Vu took up the position in 2020 and was reappointed in April this year for a five-year term until 2030. He received a salary of more than 1.4 billion VND in the second quarter, equivalent to the same period last year. On average, Mr. Vu pocketed 467 million VND/month.
Mr. Vu's income is much higher than other members of Phat Dat's Board of Directors, 3 times higher than that of the company's Chairman Nguyen Van Dat. Other members of the Board of Directors have an income of about 120 million VND/quarter.
In the second quarter, Phat Dat had a profit of nearly VND65 billion, up 30% over the same period last year. Financial revenue brought in the main results of this quarter, reaching VND225 billion, up 11%.
In the first half of the year, the company achieved a profit of 115.5 billion VND, an increase of 13%.
