Faced with the developments of natural disasters, storms, floods, and epidemics, heads of educational institutions need to regularly monitor the situation, promptly adjust flexible teaching and learning plans, and choose appropriate forms; at the same time, proactively report to the People's Committees of wards and communes; relevant units and the Department of Education and Training for coordination, direction, and handling.
Schools absolutely do not organize extracurricular activities, collective activities, especially in places at risk of flooding and landslides; establish information channels with parents to manage students when participating in local activities, minimizing risks that may occur due to storms.
