The community art performance program , the Scarf Dance, is part of a series of cultural and sports activities with the theme of Uncle Ho's City Colors , celebrating the 50th anniversary of the country's reunification (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025). It took place vibrantly on the night of April 30, with the participation of thousands of people, including actors, beauty queens, students and a large number of people, at the headquarters of the People's Council and People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City and on Nguyen Hue walking street. The performance had profound content, with folk melodies mixed with modern beats, like the proud breath and passionate love of the people of the South for their homeland and country.

"After this festival, we hope that the work "Vu Hoi Khan Ran" will be loved by the people and will become a community folk dance work. We hope that everyone will spread the work into social life, becoming a performance with a unique message about Southern and Vietnamese culture, used in all cultural activities and international exchanges," director Nguyen Tan Kiet shared.

Notably, the program Homeland Melody performed by the Bong Sen Folk Music and Dance Theater took place on the evening of April 30 in the center of Ho Chi Minh City, with the participation of singers such as Cam Ly, Van Khanh, Phuong My Chi... Many performances combined art forms such as singing and dancing, depicting the typical beauty of culture, people, and customs in Vietnam.
