At the meeting, the People's Committee of Cat Tien district submitted documents requesting the District People's Council to consider and approve resolutions related to a number of areas of socio -economic development, public investment, implementation of national target programs... in the district.

After reviewing the submissions, the delegates of the Cat Tien District People's Council attending the Session voted to pass the resolutions, including: Resolution on approving the policy of arranging district-level administrative units for the period 2023 - 2025 in Lam Dong province; Resolution on measures to ensure the implementation of democracy at the grassroots level in the district; Resolution on implementing policies and laws on children in the district; Resolution on approving the investment policy for newly started projects using district budget capital;
Resolution on adjusting and supplementing the public investment plan from the district budget for the period 2021-2025; Resolution on allocating the 2024 public investment plan from the district budget (supplementingeducational and irrigation works); Resolution on adjusting and supplementing the medium-term public investment plan for the period 2021-2025 to implement the National Target Program on New Rural Construction; Resolution on adjusting and supplementing the 2024 public investment plan to implement the National Target Program on New Rural Construction; Resolution on adjusting career capital to implement national target programs in 2024.

Speaking at the meeting, comrade Duong Hung Cuong - Standing Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the District People's Council expressed his gratitude for the serious and responsible working spirit of the delegates. At the same time, he stated that the meeting was organized based on the necessity in carrying out the district's political tasks.
The District People's Council's vote to pass resolutions with a very high consensus rate will be an important legal basis for the District People's Committee to develop a plan to direct and successfully implement the socio-economic development goals and tasks in 2024, creating an important premise for Cat Tien to complete the goals set out in the Resolution of the District Party Congress for the 2020-2025 term.
