Hai Duong Province Tourism Association enhances tourism promotion and social activities

Provincial Tourism Association received a certificate of merit from the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee for outstanding achievements in 2023

The above information was given at the conference to summarize the work in 2023, deploy tasks and directions for 2024 of the Provincial Tourism Association on the afternoon of January 16.

Not only organizing Famtrip groups to promote and promote domestic tourism trade, in 2 months (September and November 2023), the Provincial Tourism Association organized a survey in Beijing - Shanghai (China), together with the Tourism Associations of 6 provinces and cities: Quang Ninh, Hai Phong, Nam Dinh , Ninh Binh, Thanh Hoa, Thai Binh organized Famtrips to visit and work in the cities of Vientiane and Luang Prabang (Laos).

These are two countries that have many similarities in culture and tourism environment with Vietnam. During the survey trips, the Provincial Tourism Association learned, exchanged experiences, knowledge and signed business cooperation agreements to develop tourism services in a fast and sustainable manner with neighboring provinces.

In addition, the Provincial Tourism Association coordinated to organize medical examinations and present gifts to 400 elderly people in Quang Khai and Tu Minh communes (Tu Ky) with a total amount of 96 million VND; supported 60 million VND to build a "great solidarity" house for Ms. Nguyen Thi Hoa in An Phu village, Nguyen Giap commune (Tu Ky); presented gifts worth 50 million VND to policy families in Con Dao. The Association organized a visit and presented gifts to Vietnamese Heroic Mother Pham Thi Cam in Dai Son commune (Tu Ky); paid tribute to the family of People's Armed Forces Hero Vu Xuan Dai in Quang Trung ward ( Hai Duong city)...

The total amount of money spent by the Provincial Tourism Association on humanitarian and charitable activities is more than 200 million VND, all donated and supported by members.

In 2024, the Provincial Tourism Association will continue to organize well the tourism trade promotion program, research, and organize more Famtrip delegations to survey provinces across the country and abroad more widely, to learn about tourism methods as well as promote Hai Duong tourism to domestic and international friends...

Leaders of the Provincial Tourism Association sponsored 10 million VND to the "For the Poor" Fund of Viet Hoa Ward (Hai Duong City)

On this occasion, the Provincial Tourism Association presented 350 banh chung (worth 20 million VND) to orphans and families in difficult circumstances at the Provincial Social Protection Center and sponsored 10 million VND to the "For the Poor" Fund in Viet Hoa Ward (Hai Duong City).

Many collectives and individuals of the Provincial Tourism Association with outstanding achievements in 2023 have been awarded at all levels.
