At Regiment 141 (Division 312, Corps 12), the Ho Chi Minh room is not simply a cultural institution, but has truly become a "red address" to spread the fire of tradition, serve learning and is a "spiritual space" to nurture revolutionary sentiments and beliefs in each cadre and soldier.

Amidst the fast-paced, disciplined and highly combat-ready training life, the Ho Chi Minh Room at Regiment 141 is present as a special space, where officers and soldiers are connected to the depth of national history, to the glorious traditions of the Army, Corps, Division and the heroic Ba Vi Regiment. From documentary photos, vivid films, books soaked in the blood and sweat of previous generations, to the electronic library system, computers connected to the internet... all blend together to create a "cultural rendezvous" that is both close, practical, profound and meaningful.

Officers and soldiers of Regiment 141, Division 312, Corps 12 read books and newspapers in the Ho Chi Minh room during breaks and days off.

Private First Class Quach Thien Van, a soldier of Company 5, Battalion 2, emotionally shared: “It was at the Ho Chi Minh Room of the Battalion that I first saw vivid images of the unit’s traditional history. I am truly proud and grateful to the previous generations, I must live and train to be worthy of that tradition.” That is not only a personal feeling, but also the common sentiment of all young soldiers of the Regiment. Here, soldiers learn to be grateful, to understand history, and from there form a sense of responsibility for today’s mission.

In the context of digital transformation and the strong development of information technology, Regiment 141 has proactively invested in facilities, effectively exploited computer systems, internet networks, integrated learning software, read newspapers, video calls with family... directly at the Ho Chi Minh room. The application of technology not only enriches the content of activities, but also helps soldiers access official information, raise political awareness, and at the same time relieve psychology, shortening the distance between soldiers and the beloved rear.

Private Dinh Van Dat, Company 12, Battalion 3 shared: “In the midst of the hustle and bustle of training on the training ground, just a few minutes of video calling to visit my parents at home, or updating news from my hometown through the Ho Chi Minh room, I feel like I have more motivation to be more steadfast in the unit.” Major Nguyen Duc Thanh, Party Secretary and Political Commissar of Battalion 3, said: “The Ho Chi Minh room has become a “digital library”, a connecting point between tradition and modernity, between political tasks and the spiritual needs of soldiers.”

Not stopping there, the unit also proactively socializes resources, mobilizes donations of books, films, documents or electronic devices, especially choosing content suitable for the psychology of young soldiers, contributing to improving the quality of activities in a profound, attractive and engaging direction.

Going beyond the role of a normal cultural institution, the Ho Chi Minh room has become an “ideological nucleus” right at the base. Here, political education activities, traditional activities, cultural and artistic exchanges, political discussions... are organized regularly, with innovative ways of expression, focusing on soldiers, thereby positively influencing the thinking, emotions and behaviors of soldiers.

Officers and soldiers of Battalion 2, Regiment 141 effectively exploit the computer system and internet network equipped at the Ho Chi Minh room.

Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Thanh Chung, Deputy Political Commissar of Regiment 141, affirmed: “The Ho Chi Minh Room is an effective tool to enhance ideological resistance, contributing to combating the deviations, laziness in studying politics, and indifference to social issues of a part of young soldiers today. Through this space, revolutionary ideology is strengthened, military ethics are cultivated, revolutionary belief is fostered and spread. More importantly, the Ho Chi Minh Room helps each officer and soldier feel closer to the organization, more attached to the unit, thereby forming a solid spiritual strength in carrying out all assigned tasks.”

It can be seen that, with a methodical, creative and practical approach, the Ho Chi Minh room at Regiment 141 has become a "common home" rich in humanity, a place to pass on the flame of tradition, cultivate knowledge, nurture revolutionary ideals, and at the same time contribute to maintaining the ideological battlefield, building a clean and healthy political and cultural environment right from the grassroots. That is also one of the fundamental factors that helps Regiment 141 - the heroic Ba Vi Regiment constantly improve its overall quality, build a strong, comprehensive, exemplary and typical unit, ready to receive and excellently complete all tasks.
