The principal has resigned, who will be the leader of the University of Law?

Recently, the University of Law, Vietnam National University, Hanoi held a conference to implement the decision of the Director of Vietnam National University, Hanoi on leadership personnel.

Previously, Hanoi National University issued Decision No. 3715/QD-DHQGHN on August 9 regarding Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Thi Que Anh's resignation from the position of Rector of the University of Law at her personal request from August 19. Decision No. 3718/QD-DHQGHN on assigning Associate Professor, Dr. Trinh Tien Viet, Vice Rector of the University of Law, to be in charge of the University of Law from August 19, 2024 until a new decision is made.

Speaking at the conference, Deputy Director Pham Bao Son said: After nearly 2 years since the milestone of the Faculty of Law developing into the University of Law, the school has achieved many achievements in many fields of work, contributing to affirming its position as a leading prestigious law training institution in the country.

The Vice President also acknowledged and appreciated the contributions of Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Thi Que Anh in her position as Principal to the success of the University of Law over the past time. During 24 years of teaching, the enthusiasm and dedication of Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Thi Que Anh has inspired passion, contributing to the training of high-quality human resources. And during 18 years of working in management, Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Thi Que Anh, together with her colleagues, has built a strategic framework for the school's development, and at the same time brought the brand of the University of Law to new heights. The Vice President of Hanoi National University hopes that in her role as an excellent teacher, Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Thi Que Anh will continue to inspire passion to the younger generations in the future.

During the meeting, Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Thi Que Anh shared that her 24-year journey working at the University of Law, Vietnam National University, Hanoi was an emotional one. Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Thi Que Anh expressed her sincere thanks to those who accompanied her and the former Faculty of Law, now the University of Law, Vietnam National University, Hanoi. She believes that the University of Law has become her second home and from this place has created an environment and many opportunities for her to improve and develop.

In the coming time, Associate Professor Nguyen Thi Que Anh hopes that the next generations will continue to preserve and promote the core values of the unit because the school has a lot of potential, internal strength, many strengths in human resources, international cooperation, autonomy... and she also hopes to witness more success of each individual in the big family of the University of Law, Vietnam National University, Hanoi.

Speaking on the new assignment, Associate Professor Dr. Trinh Tien Viet expressed his gratitude for the trust of the leaders of Hanoi National University and the leaders of the University of Law for entrusting him with this important responsibility. In the coming time, with his new position, Associate Professor Dr. Trinh Tien Viet will continue to promote the core values of the school; build a united and professional working environment, maintain the prestige of science and training domestically and internationally. He will grasp the goals set by the leaders at all levels and will become a focal point to lead, connect, and synthesize the strength of the whole school to develop the University of Law according to the set development strategy.

At the conference, many delegates sent their congratulations to the new head of the University of Law, especially expressing gratitude for the impressive contributions of former Principal Nguyen Thi Que Anh to the school during the past time.
