Recently, the location plan of two roads with a total length of more than 1.2 km and a width of 4 lanes in Long Bien district has been approved by the Hanoi People's Committee. This project, when completed, will connect the district center with the newly developed urban area adjacent to the Red River.

The Hanoi People's Committee has approved the location plan for two roads with a total length of more than 1.2 km and 4 lanes in Long Bien district, connecting the district center with the newly developed urban area adjacent to the Red River.

The route passes through Thuong Thanh, Gia Thuy, Ngoc Lam wards, Long Bien district, and is determined to be in accordance with the urban subdivision planning N10, scale 1/2000.

Route 1 starts at the intersection of Ngo Gia Kham - Ngoc Lam; ends at the intersection of roads in the Urban Functional Area on both sides of the road from Ngoc Thuy embankment to Thuong Thanh New Urban Area; the total length of the route is about 1,020 m.

Ngo Gia Kham Street is adjacent to Nguyen Van Cu Street at one end and intersects with Ngoc Lam Street at the other end.

This road has Gia Lam bus station with relatively high traffic density.

Route 2 starts at the intersection with route 1. The end point intersects with the routes in the Technical Infrastructure Construction Land Area of ​​planning blocks A4/NO2, A4/NO5, A4/HH1, A4/HH5 serving the auction of land use rights in Ngoc Thuy ward; the total route length is about 290 m.

The two routes have a cross-section of 30 m wide, with a 15 m wide roadway (4 lanes); the sidewalks on both sides are 2 x 7.5 m wide.

The completed project will connect the wards in Long Bien district by a relatively complete transportation system.

The project will intersect the railway near Gia Lam station.

Once completed, the project will connect routes passing through Thuong Thanh, Gia Thuy, Ngoc Lam wards, Long Bien district.
