According to Thanh Xuan District People's Committee, the project to renovate and expand Nguyen Tuan Street according to the planning has a total land area of 14,334 m2 of land recovered by GPMB of 11 organizations and 160 households and individuals. The starting point of the project intersects Nguyen Trai Street, the end point reaches alley 162 Nguyen Tuan, 720m long, expanded on the basis of the existing road. |

The road will have a cross-section of 21m, including a 15m wide roadway and 3m wide sidewalks on both sides. Upon completion, the project is expected to reduce traffic congestion, improve urban landscape and create momentum for socio -economic development in the ward and district. |
