In 2023, with the idea of expanding her business to include soft drinks, the ward Women's Union connected her with one of the sources of interest-free loans to support women in the capital to start a business.

Sharing with reporters of Hanoi Moi Newspaper, Ms. Le Thi Thuan said: With a loan of 20 million VND without interest, she was given more motivation to boldly expand her business. The important thing is that from that loan with a strong sense of support, the whole family worked together, her husband contributed, her children supported with additional funds, thanks to that, she was able to repay the debt on time, have a stable source of income and accumulate business experience. Currently, her small business continues to develop, in conjunction with her nephew selling duck vermicelli, with many customers and a stable income.

Ms. Do Thi Lien (in Dong Vu village, Truong Thinh commune, Ung Hoa district) has a job of raising snails, selling them to restaurants in the area. Introduced by the Women's Union of Ung Hoa district to borrow 10 million VND without interest from the program to support women in the capital to start a business, she and her husband bought more snail seeds to increase farming output, bringing in an income of about 150 million VND/year.

These are just two of hundreds of women who have benefited from the interest-free loan capital source that the Capital Women Newspaper has coordinated with Home Credit Vietnam Finance Company Limited to implement over the years, contributing to the implementation of the Project "Supporting Capital Women to Start a Business in the 2018-2025 period".

Thanks to this meaningful program, women's union members in many districts in the city (Ba Vi, Gia Lam, Dong Da, Long Bien, Dong Anh, Bac Tu Liem, Thanh Xuan...) have overcome difficulties, boldly realized their business ideas, and created a stable source of income. Many women have become rich right in their homeland, raised their children well, and built happy families.
