In Bangkok, Thailand's capital and most populous city, the matches will be held at the Huamark Indoor Stadium, which can accommodate more than 6,000 spectators and has extensive experience hosting international competitions.

Nakhon Ratchasima, a popular hub in the region, will host the matches at Chatchai Hall in the Mall. The venue is renowned for its impressive track record of hosting top national events and being part of the Asian Championships.

The world championships will also take place at the International Exhibition and Convention Centre, a state-of-the-art complex and one of the largest event venues in Chiang Mai, northern Thailand. While this will be the first time the city has hosted a global competition, Chiang Mai has previously hosted the Southeast Asian Volleyball Championship and the 2023 World Beach Pro Tour Challenge.

Phuket has completed its host city list, with matches set to take place at the Saphan Hin Municipal Sports Complex. The city has a long tradition of hosting international beach events, most recently hosting the FIVB U19 and U21 World Championships in 2021.

The 20th FIVB Volleyball Women's World Championship in Thailand this year will be the biggest event in the tournament's 70-year history. The preliminary team list will be announced on July 14.

Thailand is one of the strongest volleyball countries in Asia, along with China, South Korea and Japan, especially in women's volleyball, the Thai national women's volleyball team won silver and bronze medals at the Asian Championship.

Thailand is also a country that boasts a modern, diverse infrastructure with sporting venues capable of hosting large-scale events. Along with that, the country regularly hosts the International Volleyball Federation and Asian Volleyball Confederation tournaments thanks to its logistical capabilities and passionate fans. The country has also hosted the Beach Volleyball World Championships. In recent years, Thailand has become increasingly popular as a host country for beach volleyball events.
