This is an individual award after each match, recognizing the player's outstanding contribution to the team's overall performance. The award for the Best Player of the Match is a gift set from FPT Play.

The final round of the Vietnam Workers and Civil Servants Football Tournament 2025 will take place from October 31 to November 2 at Ton Duc Thang University, Ho Chi Minh City. The winning team of the Vietnam Workers and Civil Servants Football Tournament 2025 will receive a prize of VND200 million.

On the afternoon of October 27, the drawing ceremony for the final round of the Vietnam Workers' and Civil Servants' Football Tournament 2025 was held at the Tuoi Tre newspaper office.

Specifically, group A includes the following teams: People's Public Security Union, Khanh Hoa Union, Dong Nai 1 Union, Ho Chi Minh City Union 1. Group B includes the following teams: Sawaco, Bac Ninh 1 Union, Quang Ngai Union, Dong Nai 3 Union.

Group C includes the teams: Sacombank , Hai Phong Trade Union, Bac Ninh 2 Trade Union, Le Bao Minh. Group D includes the teams: Vietnam Bank Trade Union, Da Nang Trade Union, Hanoi Trade Union, An Giang Trade Union.

The Vietnam Workers and Civil Servants Football Tournament is jointly organized by Tuoi Tre Newspaper, the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, and the Vietnam Football Federation for the third consecutive year. Entering the 2025 season, the tournament has affirmed its position as an annual, prestigious playground for workers, civil servants, and laborers across the country; contributing to promoting the movement of physical exercise and sports, improving the cultural and spiritual life of workers, civil servants, and laborers in particular and the whole society in general.
