The youth of the Border Guard Force are implementing the 'Winter Volunteer' and 'Spring Volunteer' programs.

QTO - Implementing the "Winter Volunteer Program 2025" and "Spring Volunteer Program 2026," on December 13th and 14th, the youth of the Border Guard Command of the province coordinated with other forces to carry out many practical and meaningful activities aimed at supporting the grassroots and caring for the lives of people in border areas.

Immediately after the launching ceremony, officials, union members, and young people from various units and affiliated youth branches simultaneously mobilized to clean up inter-village roads, clear landslides, ensure traffic safety, and create a clean and beautiful landscape in the border area.

During this period, many youth union branches of border guard posts demonstrated creative approaches and outstanding activities. Notable examples include: Cha Lo International Border Gate Border Guard Post donating 300 gift packages to the people and students of Dan Hoa commune, worth 150 million VND; Huong Phung Border Guard Post connecting with benefactors to donate 150 million VND to 130 households in extremely difficult circumstances and giving savings accounts to 18 children in the "Border Guard Post's Adopted Children" and "Helping Children Go to School" programs; Huong Lap Border Guard Post's youth union branch implementing the "Border Guard Scissors" program and coordinating with charitable groups to distribute 143 gift packages and 300 meals to the people and students of Cu Bai village, with a total value of 40 million VND; Ca Roong Border Guard Post's youth union branch coordinating with Thuong Trach commune's youth union and charitable groups to organize free medical examinations, distribute free medicine, provide haircuts, and clean up villages, with a total value of nearly 30 million VND. Key activities to be implemented from now until the Lunar New Year 2026 include: General cleaning and beautification of village roads, residential areas, and unit grounds; free medical examinations and distribution of medicine to the people; giving gifts to disadvantaged households and students; disseminating legal information to the people and fishermen; participating in environmental protection, building new rural areas, and programs such as "Helping Children Go to School - For Our Beloved Children," "Saturday in the Village - Sharing with Farmers," and "Border Guard Spring - Warming the Hearts of the Villagers"...
