Da Lat sets record with giant flower bouquet weighing over 10 tons.

At Da Lat City Flower Garden, a giant bouquet weighing over 10 tons, made from more than 30,000 stems of 108 different flower varieties, has just been registered as a Vietnamese record.

On December 14th, at the Dalat City Flower Garden, Dalat Hasfarm officially unveiled the giant bouquet, the largest in Vietnam, created from the diverse range of flower varieties. The bouquet measures 12.5 meters in length, 8 meters in diameter, weighs over 10 tons, and is meticulously crafted from more than 30,000 fresh flower stems belonging to 108 different flower species.

This artwork is the result of the continuous and persistent work of over 150 Dalat Hasfarm members for more than 24 hours without rest. The process also benefited from the close guidance and support of Mr. Nguyen Manh Hung – a Vietnamese floral artist – and Ms. Tran Thi Thu Le – an experienced floral expert from Dalat Hasfarm, contributing to the unique artistic imprint and harmonious composition and color scheme.

According to a representative from Dalat Hasfarm, the bouquet is impressive not only for its large scale but also for its symbolic meaning. The selection of 108 flower varieties holds special significance, representing the harmony of the universe and the role of nature in life, with the sun – an essential energy source – being indispensable for the growth and blossoming of flowers. Through this creation, Dalat Hasfarm aims to celebrate the beauty, diversity, and development potential of Vietnam's fresh flower industry.

The giant bouquet has been registered by Dalat Hasfarm with the Vietnam Record Organization (VietKings) to establish a Vietnamese Record, marking a memorable milestone in the company's journey of innovation and sustainable development. This is not just an exhibit, but also considered a collective work of art, showcasing the spirit of collaboration, creativity, and aspiration for breakthroughs.

The exhibition was on display and open to the public and tourists from December 14th to 16th. The event attracted widespread public attention, contributing to promoting the image of Da Lat – the quintessential flower city of Vietnam and Southeast Asia.

After 31 years of establishment and development, Dalat Hasfarm is now one of the leading flower production and trading enterprises, supplying hundreds of millions of flower stems annually to domestic and international markets.
