On June 2, in Hanoi, Government Inspector General Doan Hong Phong chaired a conference to announce the Government Inspector General's decision on personnel organization according to the Project to rearrange the system of inspection agencies.
At the conference, the Government Inspectorate announced the decision to transfer, receive and appoint many leaders at the department, division and unit levels. Mr. Le Thanh Liem, Chief Inspector, Inspector of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism was received and appointed to hold the position of Director of the Department of Monitoring, Urging and Post-Inspection Handling (Department XIV), Government Inspectorate.

The Government Inspectorate also announced the decision to transfer, receive and appoint many leaders at the department, division and unit levels, including: Department of Inspection, handling of complaints and denunciations in the field of internal affairs, internal affairs, ethnicity and religion (Department V); Department of Inspection, handling of complaints and denunciations in the field of finance and banking (Department VI); Department of Inspection, handling of complaints and denunciations in the field of construction (Department VII); Department of Inspection, handling of complaints and denunciations in the field of agriculture and environment (Department VIII); Department of Inspection, handling of complaints and denunciations in the field of industry and trade (Department IX); Department of Inspection, handling of complaints and denunciations in the field of health and education (Department X); Department of Inspection, handling of complaints and denunciations in the field of culture, sports, tourism and diplomacy (Department XI); Department of Inspection, handling of complaints and denunciations in the field of science and technology (Department XII); Department of Supervision and appraisal (Department XIII); Inspectorate Cadre School.
In addition, the Government Inspectorate announced decisions to receive, transfer and appoint many Deputy Heads of units under Department II, Department V, Department VI, Department VIII, Department IX, Department X, Department XI, Department XII, Department XIII, Department IV, Office, Legal Department, Planning - Finance Department and Inspectorate Cadre School.
At the conference, Government Inspector General Doan Hong Phong said that, implementing Conclusion No. 134 of the Politburo and the Secretariat on the Project to reorganize the inspection agency system; Decision No. 755 of the Prime Minister on implementing the Project to reorganize the inspection agency system according to the Conclusion of the Politburo, the Secretariat, the Standing Committee of the Government Inspectorate Party Committee has coordinated with the Standing Committees of the Party Committees of the Ministries to implement the processes and procedures to receive and develop a plan to reorganize the organization, apparatus, and personnel according to the Project.

In the past time, the leaders of the Government Inspectorate have coordinated with the leaders of 12 Ministries to direct functional units to advise on decisions on transferring work and receiving inspection officials of 12 Ministries to the Government Inspectorate.

In arranging the organization and personnel, the Government Inspector General emphasized that it is necessary to fully cover the functions, tasks and powers of the units under the Government Inspectorate and the functions, tasks and powers of the Inspectorates of 12 Ministries transferred to the Government Inspectorate.
Along with that, the arrangement and assignment of personnel must be associated with restructuring and improving the quality of the staff, civil servants and public employees of the Government Inspectorate, ensuring stability, avoiding major disruptions, and being suitable in terms of capacity and professional qualifications; and harmoniously arranging and inheriting according to the abilities, strengths and prestige of civil servants and management leaders.
On behalf of the Party Committee Standing Committee, Inspector General Doan Hong Phong requested that the leaders at the department, division, and office levels who were received, transferred, and appointed this time continue to promote solidarity, unity, professional capacity, and leadership and management skills to strive to excellently complete all tasks in their new positions./.
