Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh and his wife, along with the Vietnamese delegation, will attend the United Nations Ocean Conference, conduct bilateral activities in France, and pay official visits to Estonia and Sweden.

According to the announcement of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs , Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh and his wife, along with the high-ranking Vietnamese delegation, will attend the 3rd United Nations High-Level Conference in support of the implementation of Sustainable Development Goal 14: Conserve and sustainably use the oceans, seas and marine resources for sustainable development (also known as the 3rd United Nations Ocean Conference), conduct bilateral activities in the Republic of France, and pay official visits to the Republic of Estonia and the Kingdom of Sweden from June 5-14, 2025.

The visit was made at the invitation of United Nations Secretary-General Antonio Guterres and President of the French Republic Emmanuel Macron, Prime Minister of the Republic of Estonia Kristen Michal and Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Sweden Ulf Kristersson./.
