According to the An Suong Traffic Police Team (Traffic Police Department - Ho Chi Minh City Police), through patrolling and controlling the area, the authorities recorded many sharp objects and scattered steel nails on the mixed lane from Binh Phuoc Bridge to Vuon Lai. These objects pose a potential risk of causing traffic accidents and property damage to people, while also affecting the security and order of the area.

Faced with that situation, the An Suong Traffic Police Team coordinated with local authorities and volunteer nail suction teams to collect and suck up nails along the entire route, ensuring safety for traffic participants. After just one night, the authorities collected nearly 2kg of sharp objects, mainly diamond-shaped nails and small pieces of steel.

Along with the cleanup, An Suong Traffic Police and An Phu Dong Ward Police organized propaganda and reminded tire repair and tire patching establishments on the route not to spread nails or damage vehicles for profit, and at the same time required the establishments to sign a commitment to strictly comply with the law.
According to a representative of the An Suong Traffic Police Team, in the coming time, the force will continue to maintain regular nail extraction work, coordinate with organizations and residential groups to detect and strictly handle nail spreading behavior, contributing to ensuring order, traffic safety and social security in the area.
