Ho Chi Minh City organizes a peak period to collect opinions on draft documents to be submitted to the 14th National Party Congress.

The Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission has just issued an official dispatch requesting local Party committees, agencies and units to launch a peak campaign of propaganda and solicit opinions from officials, party members and people on draft documents to be submitted to the 14th National Party Congress.

According to the dispatch, localities and units must promote the dissemination of the draft document's content in newspapers, radio and television, and electronic information portals/pages of agencies and localities; at the same time, strongly exploit digital communication methods to introduce new points and key contents of the draft.

The document emphasizes the need to strengthen guidance so that people can easily access and proactively contribute their opinions via the VNeID application, ensuring convenience, publicity, transparency and efficiency. Along with that, traditional reception channels such as letters, emails, information portals, etc. will continue to be maintained to cover the maximum number of participants.

Localities, agencies and units are required to establish working groups or specialized units to receive, review and synthesize fully and accurately the comments of cadres, party members and people on the draft document. The synthesis report must reflect honestly and objectively, grouping issues, with recommendations and proposals.

The report synthesizing opinions must be sent to the City Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission before November 3, 2025 to promptly serve the work of completing the draft documents to be submitted to the 14th National Party Congress.
