According to the Plan for implementing activities to support youth startups in 2025, recently issued by the Central Secretariat of the Youth Union, Youth Union chapters at all levels will promote training and coaching on knowledge and skills in startups and innovative startups among young people; promote the creation of an environment to support research activities to form startup projects through practical experience activities, prioritizing research and practical experience in business environments.
The "Youth Start-up" journey will be held in 3 regions: North, Central and South. At each stage of the journey, there will be a fair to display typical start-up products of young people; a seminar to exchange and dialogue on start-up between young people, businesses with local leaders and experts...
There will be 15 training courses to improve business management capacity, digital transformation capacity, financial management, and capital use for small, micro and medium enterprises, and for young people starting a business; at the same time, organizing experiential activities, factory tours, and in-depth work between large enterprises, experts, managers, and young people.
In addition, the Youth Startup Consulting Day focuses on rural youth, ethnic minority youth, young workers, youth in residential areas, students, and disadvantaged youth. The "National Youth Startup Forum" will be organized, creating conditions and an environment for young people to exchange and share with government leaders, ministries, branches, and experts on mechanisms, policies, and solutions to support young people in starting a business, creating excitement for the youth startup community.
The Central Youth Union sets the following targets: At least 35,000 youth-owned businesses are consulted and supported for development; support to maintain at least 200 communes implementing the "One Commune One Product" (OCOP) program and having youth products meeting OCOP standards; 100% of specialized Youth Union and Association officials at all levels working to support youth startups are trained in basic knowledge about startups and supporting youth startups; support at least 2,000 youth startups, including 100 students, 250 innovative youth startups; 100,000 youth are equipped with knowledge and trained to improve their capacity in startups...
