Vietnam's representative - Y Nhi - has been named in the top 40 of the Miss World 2025 contest. She is one of the 10 outstanding contestants of the Asia-Pacific region with Australia, India, Indonesia, Lebanon, Malaysia, New Zealand, Philippines, Thailand, and Turkey.

In the final night, Y Nhi chose a design called Garden of Eden with a tight fishtail shape, highlighting the curves of her body. The highlight of the outfit was the chest and upper body, which were intricately embellished, creating a vivid effect.
According to the rules, the Organizing Committee will select the top 40 for each continent, then shorten the top 20, top 8 and top 4. Each region will have a winning beauty representing the competition in the final round to select 1 beauty queen and 3 runners-up.
Ahead of the finals, Ý Nhi shared a series of photos with contestants from many other countries. She expressed that she will preserve these feelings through the photos and try to stay calm.

"I am grateful to be accompanied by great teachers who have turned pressure into motivation and belief into reality," Ý Nhi shared before G-hour.
In the sub-rounds, Ý Nhi's best achievement was top 8 Miss Charity. Before that, Ý Nhi missed the top 32 of the Sports competition and top 24 of the Talent competition. She did not make it to the next round of the Eloquence competition even though her performance was evaluated by domestic audiences as fluent and confident.
What is noteworthy about Ý Nhi is her effort and friendliness. Throughout the competition, the beauty showed confidence and proactively connected with representatives from many other countries.

Huynh Tran Y Nhi (born 2002) is 1.75m tall, has a harmonious face and an impressive academic record. She is a student majoring in Business Administration, International University - Ho Chi Minh City National University.
After being crowned Miss World Vietnam, Ý Nhi chose to take a long break to study abroad in Australia. Late last year, the 23-year-old beauty temporarily stopped studying abroad and returned to Vietnam to prepare for the Miss World 2025 contest.
The Miss World 2025 pageant started in early May and ended on May 31 in India. This year's contest attracted 108 contestants.

For nearly a month, contestants have competed in many rounds within the framework of the largest beauty pageant on the planet.
Before the final night, 16 beauties were announced to enter the top 40 thanks to their achievements in the sub-contests, including: Cameroon, Dominican Republic, Estonia, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Martinique, Montenegro, Namibia, Puerto Rico, Thailand, Trinidad and Tobago, Türkiye, Uganda, Wales, Zambia.
Before the G hour, the websites also made predictions about the outstanding faces in this year's contest from Ireland, Somalia, Namibia, India, Thailand, Philippines, Indonesia, Wales, South Africa. The representative of Vietnam was absent from the rankings of the websites.
The reigning Miss World is Czech beauty Krystyna Pyszková. At the Miss World 2024 contest, Vietnam's representative - Huynh Nguyen Mai Phuong - stopped in the top 40.
