Hoa Phat invests in producing high-end flooring, expanding product range

Flooring will be a new product in the product ecosystem of Hoa Phat Group. In the long-term strategy, Hoa Phat plans to dedicate 20% of its flooring capacity to serve the container segment, 80% towards high-end load-bearing boards to serve the needs of the domestic and export markets.

Chairman Tran Dinh Long said: “In addition to producing container flooring, Hoa Phat will produce high-end flooring to serve the needs of the domestic and foreign interior, transportation, and construction industries. The Group's goal is to be in the Top 3 flooring manufacturers in Vietnam by 2030.”

The flooring manufacturing company is a member of Hoa Phat Group, granted an investment certificate on February 5, 2024, operating in the field of manufacturing all kinds of flooring, aiming to expand the Group's product range and at the same time complete the container value chain. The company has invested in a container flooring factory located at Lot 35, Road D.12, Chau Duc Industrial Park, Nghia Thanh Commune, Chau Duc District, Ba Ria - Vung Tau Province.

To produce the highest quality flooring, Hoa Phat invested in the most modern flooring production line. The factory's capacity is expected to be 70,000 m3/year (equivalent to 2.5 million m2 of products/year). Currently, the raw materials for production include bamboo and rubber trees from planted forests in Vietnam, complying with FSC standards, using a mixture of PF glue, MUF, bamboo core and veneer. The Company's flooring products meet all technical criteria for container flooring with EPA, CARB, FDA certifications.

With the advantage of using hot pressing technology, pressing force up to 2,800 tons with many pressing layers and the highest pressure today, Hoa Phat flooring has different characteristics higher than conventional flooring, outstanding load-bearing capacity up to 7,260 kg/cm2, moisture-resistant, load-bearing, water-resistant, fire-resistant... With modern technology, Hoa Phat confidently supplies flooring products for domestic and export markets.
