No longer confined to dry theoretical lessons, students of the Restaurant - Hotel major at UEP begin their learning journey right in a real hotel environment. Right from the first year, students learn and practice professional skills such as reception, housekeeping, F&B, event organization, etc. under the direct guidance of international hotel operation experts. At UEP, learning is always linked to "real work" - students experience the real working environment right in a 5-star hotel, mastering the profession and receiving salary during the learning process - something rare in traditional training models.

Different from traditional learning

Unlike most students from other schools who only do 1-3 months of internship in their final year, UEP students have up to 4 consecutive years of practice following a clear roadmap. From the first year, students have studied and worked in a real hotel environment, and are arranged to eat, stay and live right at 5-star hotels in the Mandala system. Not only experiencing a classy living space, students also have access to international standard operating procedures, working directly with departments such as housekeeping, reception, F&B, event organization, etc.

After 4 years of continuous study and practice in the 5-star Mandala hotel system - a unit of APEC Group, UEP graduates not only accumulate up to 4 years of practical work experience, but are also sponsored for employment within the APEC ecosystem - Mandala Hospitality Group. This is an enrollment program oriented towards training human resources of APEC Group, helping students not to compete for jobs after graduation but to have a clear and sustainable career development path.
