Ha Tinh students win national competition on school violence prevention

(Baohatinh.vn) - Tran Luong Gia Long - a student of class 11C2, Huong Khe High School, is the only student from Ha Tinh to have won the prize in the contest "Initiative to ensure school order on preventing school violence and illegal child labor".

On September 27, the Ministry of Education and Training coordinated with Ho Chi Minh City Education Magazine to organize the closing ceremony and award ceremony of the 2nd "Initiative to ensure school order on preventing school violence and illegal child labor" Contest in 2025 in Ninh Kieu ward, Can Tho city.

The Organizing Committee awarded the prize for the Contest "Initiative to ensure school order on preventing school violence and child labor" in 2025.

The contest includes poster drawing contests for primary school students and essay writing contests for secondary school students. After the qualifying round (from March 2025 to June 2025), the Organizing Committee received 739 excellent entries, selected from the provincial round to be considered for the national round.

Specifically, at the primary level, there were 196 drawing entries; after marking twice, the jury selected 20 entries to mark a third time and consider for prizes.

At the secondary school level, there were 196 written entries; after marking twice, the jury selected 18 entries to mark a third time and consider for prizes.

At the high school level, there were 202 written entries; after marking twice, the jury selected 20 entries to mark a third time and consider for prizes.

The Jury has proposed results for the Organizing Committee to award a total of 58 prizes to contestants participating in the national round including: 3 first prizes, 9 second prizes, 15 third prizes, 27 consolation prizes, and 4 field prizes.

At the award ceremony, the Minister of Education and Training awarded certificates of merit to 12 first and second prize winners of the competition. The organizing committee awarded certificates to third prize winners, consolation prizes and field prizes of the competition.

Among them, Tran Luong Gia Long - student of class 11C2, Huong Khe High School ( Ha Tinh ) was honored to win third prize in the contest.
