Destroyed more than 18,700 infringing products

(Baohatinh.vn) - Ha Tinh Market Management Department destroyed goods of unknown origin that were evidence of administrative violations.

On the morning of November 21, the Ha Tinh Market Management Department organized the destruction of goods of unknown origin, which were confiscated administrative violation evidence.

The Market Management Department held a meeting to consider plans to destroy violating goods according to regulations.

Accordingly, the Ha Tinh Market Management Department coordinated with relevant sectors to destroy more than 18,743 products including 237 boxes of hair dye; 16 pairs of men's, women's and children's shoes; 120 pairs of grout, and 18,370 pieces of clothing of various types.

The total value of the destroyed goods is estimated at over 48 million VND. All goods were identified as smuggled goods, poor quality goods, goods of unknown origin, and not qualified for circulation on the market.

The Provincial Market Management Department has destroyed all goods that are evidence of administrative violations under the supervision of functional forces.

All of the violating products were destroyed by the Market Management Department in coordination with Ha Tinh Urban Environment and Construction Joint Stock Company and related units in accordance with the correct form, process and regulations.

The destruction of goods aims to strictly handle violations, demonstrate the severity of the law, and contribute to raising people's awareness in the fight against smuggling and trade fraud.
